Free shipping

All orders placed at telysi.com receive free shipping to destinations available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required. Destination taxes or customs charges are separate from shipping charges.

Dispatch within 24 hours

We dispatch confirmed, paid orders within 24 hours. This dispatch period is separate from carrier transit time. If an address issue, payment review or exceptional disruption prevents dispatch within this period, we will notify you and provide assistance.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs, weather, holidays and carrier disruptions can affect transit. Separate items may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking and address details

Tracking details are sent after shipment. Please check your delivery address before ordering and email us promptly if a correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Customs

Where applicable, destination customs duties, taxes or import fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may extend delivery time.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

Email Support@telysi.com with your order and tracking numbers. For damage or incorrect items, retain the packaging and provide photos. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution, without limiting rights required by law.

These terms apply to new orders from the publication of this policy. Orders placed earlier retain the return period, guarantees and other commitments offered when the order was placed. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
