Refund policy

30-day returns

Contact Support@telysi.com within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Standard returns must be unused, unopened where sealed for hygiene or safety, complete and in their original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email Support@telysi.com with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason. Include photos if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Wait for our written instructions and approved return address before shipping anything back. A parcel label or registered business address is not automatically a return address.

Eligibility and exceptions

Opened or used skincare and supplements, gift cards, personalized items and items clearly marked final sale are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return, except where required by law or where the goods are defective, damaged or incorrect. This does not affect guarantees offered on orders placed before this policy was published.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping. If the item is confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy without charging you return shipping for our error. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time. We do not deduct an outbound shipping fee where the original order shipped free.

Order problems and cancellations

Contact us promptly about a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect item. Keep the packaging and supporting photographs. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation; cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment or dispatch has begun. Any statutory remedies remain available.

Earlier orders and your rights

These terms apply to new orders from the publication of this policy. Orders placed earlier retain the return period, guarantees and other commitments offered when the order was placed. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
